Window cleaning run for sale in Whitburn, I have 87 houses all together, 70 done fortnightly and houses 17 monthly so basically 70 one fortnight then the following fortnight 87, i have had the run for about a year now but I'm having to sell due to family commitments, willing to negotiate a reasonable price, houses are priced at £4.00 lower houses and £4.50 top houses this is without tips as most people give me the £5, could easily put price up if you wished as it's mostly 4 in a block maisonettes with some semi detached etc they cost £6.00, the run itself brings in just under £800 roughly per 4 weeks, the fortnightly run itself takes about 5 shifts all in to compete, so that would be 5-6 shifts max per month depending on what pace u go at, I just go at my own pace starting at 10 and finishing for 5 at the latest I also stop for lunch in between that time, the full run is walked round that's me working on my own with ladder and pale, anyone interested in buying Id be willing to walk them round to show them the run, it's all within the one area of Whitburn and collection is on a Thursday. My wife had the price and details all wrong so apologies to anyone who had been interested and the wrong info was on.
